s'Cool Food Best Practices
After participating in s’Cool Food’s Culinary Boot Camp, kitchens across the county have started to come up with creative and innovative practices to increase efficiency, meal participation, and economic sustainability of their meal programs. We were impressed with this creativity and wanted to facilitate the sharing of best practices. So, we are establishing this Best Practices portion on our website to share the tips and tricks kitchens have discovered that make the tasks of cooking meals from scratch easier, more productive, healthier, more cost effective and efficient. Each year we will collect and post s’Cool Food Best Practices to build a community of food service personnel who support and inspire each other.
